Management

Frederik Rengers has been working with WTS Energy (formerly Worldwideworker) since 2002 and as CEO since 2007. Before joining Worldwideworker he worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Scotland, Venezuela and the US Gulf of Mexico) in different technical and management positions in the Wireline & Well Testing Group. He holds a MSc in Petroleum Engineering / Reservoir Engineering from Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands.

Pim Schellevis has been working with WTS Energy (formerly Worldwideworker) since May 2002. In the role as CFO he is responsible for Finance, HR and contractual & corporate issues. Prior to joining WTS Energy he worked for 25 years with Schlumberger in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia in various roles as Financial Controller and Country Manager.

Frank de Winter has spent over 15 years in the manpower & recruitment industry of which the last 12 years focused on the Oil & Gas industry. He joined WTS Energy (formerly Worldwideworker) in September 2007 to set up and manage a dedicated manpower (contracting) division within our company, which has resulted to date in hundreds of consultants assigned to several operators and contractors worldwide. Previous experience includes business development, account & operations management of several (major) staffing and workforce management projects with clients in Europe, Middle East, FSU, Africa and USA. Frank has an EIC Engineering background.

Egon Kerkhof has spent over 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the Recruitment and Manpower side of the business. He has successfully been building companies before, in the Europe and Africa (ASC International) and in Asia (Vinarco), out of Thailand. Egon has a technical background and is very experienced in all elements of management, business development, recruitment, outsourcing and manpower supply. Egon is based in Europe and leads the overall business in Europe and the Americas.
