Manages and maintains budget in assigned territory. Assists with mentoring, coaching and training of Sales Reps primarily at the local branch, but occasionally within the Region using the company field coaching guide. Maintains relationships and grows revenues with customers and prospects in assigned territory. Communicates key market conditions, opportunities and threats to management, along with recommended plans and activities to respond appropriately. Mentors sales force and interacts with customers, suppliers and co-workers in accordance with the Company Mission, Vision, and Values, including being an active leader in Safety programs and behavior.

- and assists with the recruiting process, understands the ideal candidate profile for screening and ranking applicants, interviews and makes suggestions on hiring decisions.
- and facilitates ongoing training and development activities for Reps as assigned by Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Regional Vice President/Manager.
- Selling company service products including pumps, tanks and pipes to municipal & inndustrial clients in the NYC area.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or B.S. and four years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General knowledge of water handling practices, hydraulic knowledge of pumps, tanks and filtration systems, and the ability to sell all company product lines. Two to four years of strong growth/track record within assigned territory.
