WTS Energy is seeking to hire Account Manager(EPC) for one of its client who is a reputed oil field solutions company.
Location: Dubai, UAE
As an Account Manager, you will report to the VP Sales & Marketing and will have the responsibility for igniting and managing rapid revenue growth within a specific clientele (EPC’s). The Account Manager will work to grow existing business by expanding our solutions penetration through sales of additional products and services, and coordinating sales activates into the existing customer base; all towards the goal of maximising the revenue generated from the network of Company customer relationships. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for seeking out and developing new business opportunities through referrals from the existing client base. The role is considered as an invaluable member of the sales and account management team and must have the vision, drive and interpersonal skills to succeed in a dynamic and growth orientated environment.

  • Drives revenue through recognition and realisation of opportunity with existing accounts
  • Manages major account relationships as the primary point of contact for day today issues, including on-going communications, and coordination of project, billing and other activates
  • Works with customers and Company resources to leverage Company products and services to enhance customers business and grow Company opportunities
  • Develop annual account action plans
  • Drives profitable revenue growth year on year in assigned accounts
  • Meets and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals by executing an account growth strategy
  • Conduct regular business reviews and reporting with major accounts
  • Track and maintain all account activates in the company CRM application
  • Provide input to pricing, positioning and strategy within assigned verticals or markets
  • Provide sales forecasts and other reports to manager as required
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years sales/account management experience
  • Track record of exceeding goals and targets
  • Significant technology experience across drilling, production and decommissioning market sectors within a sales, account management and/or technical role.
  • Demonstrate experience operating within and leading a sales culture of accountability
  • Exceptional Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to interface with professionals at all levels
