WTS Energy is seeking to hire Sales Manager (Energy Transmission & Distribution) for one of its client who is a reputed manaufacturing and Energy transmission and Distribution solutions company.
Location: Baghdad, Iraq Sales Manager's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following,
· Conduct research to identify markets, customer needs and competitor analysis.
· Analyzes the specific market conditions, and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders. Spots opportunities for solutions, product and service portfolio offerings.
· Performs analysis of Strategic Business Segments, evaluates opportunities for new or existing Siemens products in new markets, channels or customer target groups.
· Performs long range strategic planning analysis and prepares summaries.
· Performs project coordination and information support for new strategy development on assigned projects.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· May act as a point of contact to customers and influences collaboratively within the organization to secure customer support.
· Have in depth knowledge on the Transmission and Distribution market of Iraq.
· Good Technical knowhow of High, Medium and Low voltage switchgears, Transformers, control and protection
· Onsite erection, commissioning and testing experience will be a bonus.
· Experience in tendering and costing activities is preferable.
· Arabic and English speaker and has 5 years in country experience dealing the relevant cusotmers. Local Iraqi nationals will be ideal for this role
