An important international Oil & Gas company focused on shallow and deep water drilling is currently looking for
Compensation & Benefits Specialist for its office in Mexico City. Objective of the job:
Prepare the necessary documents for the timely and regular payment of staff wages, salaries, allowances and benefits in accordance with the Labor Law
Main Responsibilities and Key activities:
- To coordinate the proper management of expatriate and National staff payroll and benefits operations and the applicable payroll and HR management systems
- To assist with the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly labor Budget.
- Collate and document information on existing competencies and identify skills/skills gap, drawing up intervention programs to address identified gaps.
- Collect, verify and convey monthly info to the external contractor in charge of the payroll for local and expats resources
Profile of the candidate:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other similar field. Minimum of five years of experience in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. Effective communication skills. Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures and an advanced level of English.
