Vacancy: Regional Sales Manager
Mexico City
An international company manufacturing company of Electrical, Electronic and Industrial applications is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Mexico City.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Development of strategical plans and the annual budget
  • Developing and maintaining relationships and communication with the strategic clients within the region
  • Coaching and constant feedback to the team (Sales Executives and Sales Engineers)
  • Prospecting of new and existing clients
  • Completing the entire sales process through consultative sales
  • Project Management / Pipeline management
  • Implementation of strategies to position the company and its products within the region      


Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a (Regional) Sales Manager or Business Development Manager managing annual budgets over 10+ MUSD
  • Strong experience with Business to Distributors Sales (B2D) and Business to Business Sales (B2B)
  • Experience with leading large teams of Sales Engineers and Sales Executives
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish
  • Competencies: Team player, Management, Result Oriented, Client Oriented, Negotiation and excellent Communication skills
  • Travel: up to 50%
