The Stator Assembler has the ability to function in each manufacturing cell. Responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including manual labor along the production line, as well as operating and troubleshooting production line processes and computers.
Perform tasks assigned by area lead and supervisor
Assist in assembling fixtures need for stator production
Installation of stock racks
Verify quality control checks at each manufacturing cell
Operate overhead cranes to move product to and from work cells
Follow injection molding procedures
Conduct dimensional tests as required
Data entry for computerized production control
Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
Assemble mold tooling
Ability to operate small handheld power tools - sand belt sanders, etc.
Knowledge & skill of the operation of forklifts
Support other areas as needed - assembly, paint, etc.
Knowledge of occupational hazards & safety rules
While performing the duties, the employee regularly works in all weather conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy
Maintain high cleanliness standards
Requirements Experience working in a manufacturing facility Able to work well in a team environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds Must possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills Attention to detail Must comply with any safety or PPE requirements
High school diploma or GED.
